Charges

Postage and packing varies on the product ordered and is specified as a separate part of each order. The cost of the postage and packaging is reflected by the weight of the product and the packaging required to protect it from damage.

Shipping Methods

Shipping is available to the UK only. If you have special delivery requirements, uncluding collection, please contact us and we will try to accommodate at our discretion.

Dispatch

Our products will be dispatched within 2 business days, via a courier service, who deliver between 9am and 5pm weekdays. All deliveries require a signature, to validate the receipt and condition of the goods. if you are unable to take delivery in person then please contact us with an alternative address and contact telephone number. If you are not available for signature, the courier will leave you a card with details of how to re-arrange delivery or to collect it from your local depot.

If you are having problems with your delivery, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to rectify any delivery problems caused by the courier.

Please make sure you allow enough time for your goods to arrive – we recommend 3-5 working days for the UK. If you have special delivery requirements, uncluding collection, please contact us and we will try to accommodate at our discretion.

Cancellations

You are a valued customer and your rights are protected by the United Kingdom's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. However, every product is made to order, according to your specification, therfore, cancellations and alterations to an order can only be accepted if received within 12 hours of the order being placed and provided that the order has not already been dispached. Please advise us of cancellations or alterations by email, quoting the order reference number.

Refunds

Where you exercise your right to cancel, payment will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation at the latest.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, therefore if for any reason you feel the the product is not up to your expectations, please contact us within 7 days and we will endeavor to fix the problem.

Damaged Goods

As the products contain glass, it is possible that your order could get involved in an accident in transit. Every product leaves us in perfect condidion and we take extra care to prevent any harm coming to your purchase. When accepting receipt of your goods, you will be asked for your signiture, to confirm that the goods have been received in perfect condition. You must check your delivery prior to signing for the delivery, once the delivery has left the care of the courier, they can no longer accept responsibility for any damage, therefore we recommend that you check your goods on arrival and before signing. Once you have signed for your goods we can no longer accept responsibility for any damage. In the event, you should recieve faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours, all claims will be examined and dealt with through the courier.
